Biomedical Engineering Department at Georgian Technical University is equipped with Clevelabs laboratory system which is utilized for electrophysiological signal research laboratory. This laboratory is used as a laboratory supplement for following disciplines: Physiology, Medical Electronics, Biomedical Measurements, and Digital Processing of Biomedical Signals.
Clevelabs laboratory that comes with various biomedical transducer systems gives the students an opportunity to get acquainted with the methods of electrophysiology research. Laboratory system has a capability to produce over 30 laboratory sessions. Each laboratory sessions consists of input of physiological parameters and real time data analysis section. Laboratory uses the Bioradio 150 wireless recording unit. Laboratory covers various subjects like recording and analysis of biopotentials, digital signal processing and statistical analysis.
Basic physiological section consists of ECG, EEG, EMG and measurement of other types of biomedical signals. Advanced section provides an opportunity to extend knowledge in various physiological parameters and signals
